PSI's report shows a distribution of metrics so the website owner or developers can understand what type of user experience the tool detects on a specific page or source.
For the experimental metrics Interact to Next Paint (INP) and Time to First Byte (TTFB).
The field data presented in the report comes from the previous 28 days and is always shown with accompanying bar bars because the field data is aggregate data from the CrUX report and the same web page never works the same way for all users.
Diagnostics and performance problems
In this section of the report, PSI uses Lighthouse Country Email List to analyze the URL under test in a simulated environment , performing checks for the Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO categories.

Above you can see the scores for each category. What is a good score on PageSpeed Insights?
a score of 90 or higher is considered good;
a score between 50 and 89 indicates that the page requires improvement;
a score below 50 is considered poor.

The performance score is a weighted average of the metric scores. Naturally, more weighted metrics have a greater effect on the overall performance score. Metric scores are not visible in the report, but are calculated internally.
Each metric gets a score and a specific icon shows the result:
a green circle indicates a good score;
an amber square indicates the presence of problems and the need for improvements;
a red triangle indicates a poor score, which alerts you to problems that need to be resolved.
Here Lighthouse measures Core Web Vitals and three additional metrics:
Speed Index: indicates the speed with which the contents of a page become visible.
Time to Interactive: it is the time necessary for the page to be fully interactive.
